What’s included

Our fee
30% of rental income, cleaning included
You keep 70% of the rental income from every booking. Our 30% covers our full management service including cleaning between guests. If there are no bookings, you pay no commission. Any costs outside this service (for example utilities, repairs or new furniture) are agreed with you in writing before we start.
Example
If your apartment earns 1.000 € in rental income in a month, our commission is 300 € (cleaning included) and 700 € is yours.

Can I still use my property myself?
Yes. Tell us the dates in advance and we will block them in the calendars.
Is cleaning really included?
Yes. Cleaning between guest stays is included in our 30% commission.

Which areas do you cover?
